Darağaç Film Festivali Şartnamesi

1) Daff, profesyonellerden ve yeni çıkış yapmak isteyen film yönetmenleri ve yapımcılardan gelen filmlere açıktır.
2) Festivale 25 dakikanın altındaki filmler başvurabilir
3) Aynı yönetmen veya yapımcı yalnızca bir filmle başvuruda bulunabilir.
4) Başvurular arasından 4 kategoriden 5 film seçilecek olup toplam 20 film gösterilecektir.
5) Festival kapsamında yarışma bulunmamaktadır.
6) Daff, başvuran filmler arasından filmin yönetmeni veya yapımcısının gösterime katılabilmesini bekler, film ekibinin katılımı ile gerçekleşebilecek filmleri gösterilmesi önceliklendirilir.
7) Davet edilen filmlerin yönetmen veya yapımcılarının ulaşım konaklamaları festival tarafından karşılanır.
8) Festival kapsamında Uluslararası Bozcaada ekoloji Filmleri Festivali seçkisi de yer almaktadır.
9) Başvuran filmler Darağaç Kolektifinin festival komitesi ön seçici kurulu tarafından seçilecek olup, ayrıca Umurbey Mahallesi sakinleri tarafından da oylanarak seçkiye alınacak filmler olacaktır.
10) Yapım yılı 1 Ocak 2024 ve sonrası olan filmler başvuru yapabilir.
11) Tür gözetmeksizin her kategoriye açıktır, belgesel, animasyon, kurmaca, deneysel, arthouse filmler başvurabilir.
12) Yapım dili Türkçe veya İngilizce hariç başka bir dil olan filmlerin İngilizce altyazısı olmalıdır.
13) Film festivaline sadece filmin yasal sahibi katılabilir. Eğer filmin birden fazla yasal sahibi varsa, diğer yasal sahibin imzası veya filmin yarışmaya katılması için diğer yasal sahiplerin onayını bildiren imzalı bir mektup eklenmelidir.
14) Başvuru sahibi, katılım için gerekli tüm yetkinin kendisinde olduğunu ve ilgili kurum ve kuruluşlardan alınan tüm izinlere dair kanıt sunabilecek bir durumda olmalıdır.
15) Daff, istisna olarak aşırı şiddet veya yasa dışı içerik dışında, içerik veya konu ne olursa olsun tüm film başvurularını kabul edecek ve değerlendirecektir.

1) DAFF is open to films from both professionals and emerging film directors and producers.
2) Films under 25 minutes can apply to the festival.
3) Each director or producer can only apply with one film.
4) Five films will be selected from each of the four categories from among the submissions, making a total of 20 films to be screened.
5) There is no competition within the festival.
6) DAFF expects the film director or producer to attend the screening among the submitted films, prioritizing films that can be presented with the participation of the film crew.
7) Transportation and accommodation for the invited film directors or producers will be covered by the festival.
8) The festival includes a selection from the International Bozcaada Ecology Films Festival.
9) Submitted films will be selected by the festival committee of the Darağaç Collective's pre-selection committee and will also be voted on by the residents of Umurbey Neighborhood for inclusion in the selection.
10) Films produced after January 1st, 2024 are eligible to participate.
11) It is open to every category regardless of genre; documentary, animation, fiction, experimental, and arthouse films are eligible to apply.
12) Films in Turkish or other languages rather than English must have English subtitles.
13) Only the legal owner of the film can participate in the film festival. If the film has multiple legal owners, a signed letter indicating the approval of the other legal owners or their signatures should be attached for the film to participate in the competition.
14) The applicant must possess all necessary rights for participation and should be able to provide evidence of all permissions obtained from relevant institutions and authorities.
15) DAFF, as an exception, will accept and evaluate all film submissions, regardless of content or subject, except for content involving extreme violence or illegal material.
