1. La 10ª edición del Festival de cortometrajes de Donostia se desarrollará en octubre de 2026 y podrán participar realizadores de todo el mundo.
Donostiako film laburren festibalaren 10.edizioa 2026ko urrian ospatuko da eta mundu osoko zuzendariak parte-hartzeko aukera izango dute.
The 9th edition of Donostia Short Film Festival will take place in October 2026 and will be open to filmmakers worldwide.
2. Pueden participar cortometrajes de ficción, con una duración máxima de 30 minutos.
Fikziozko film laburrek parte-hartu dezakete, gehienez 30 minutuko iraupena dutenak.
Fiction short films can participate, with a maximum duration of 30 minutes.
3. Los trabajos deben haber terminado su producción después del 1 de junio de 2024.
Lanen ekoizpena 2024ko ekainaren 1aren gerokoa izan behar da.
Entries must have completed production after June 1, 2024.
4. No se aceptarán obras enviadas anteriormente al festival Donosskino.
Donosskino festibaleko aurreneko edizioetara bidalitako film laburrak ez dira onartuko.
Works previously submitted to the Donosskino Festival will not be accepted.
5. Los vídeos publicitarios y/o comerciales quedarán excluidos.
Publizitate eta/edo bideo komertzialak ez dira onartuko.
Advertising and/or commercial videos will be excluded
6. La inscripción se realizará mediante el envío del corto online a través de la plataforma FilmFreeway y finalizará el 31 de Mayo de 2026.
Izena emateko, film laburra online bidali behar da FilmFreeway orrialdeen bitartez eta 2026ko Maitzaren 31ean aurkezteko epea amaituko da.
Registration can be done by sending your short film online through FilmFreeway, and it will end on May 31, 2026.
7. La tasa de inscripción por cortometraje en el festival Donosskino, será de 3 € hasta el 31 de mayo de 2025 y de 5€ entre el 31 de mayo y el 20 de Junio de 2025. El pago se hará a través de la plataforma utilizada para la inscripción. La inscripción, solo será efectiva al comprobar el ingreso de la tasa. Todo lo recaudado en concepto de tasas será destinado a los premios otorgados en el festival junto a una aportación de la organización hasta alcanzar los 3000€. Los cortometrajes de la CAV estarán exentos de dichas tasas*. (*El director debe estar empadronado en la Comunidad Autónoma Vasca (CAV) desde al menos un año antes de la fecha de publicación de la presente convocatoria, o bien haber nacido en la CAV y haber residido en ella de manera continuada durante al menos 5 años.)
Donosskino festibalean izena emateko kuota 3€-koa izango da maitzaren 31era arte eta 5€-koa maiatzaren 31tik ekainaren 20era arte. Ordainketa izena emateko erabilitako plataformaren bitartez egingo da. Izena ematea burututzat emango da kuotaren ordainketa baieztatzerakoan. Tasa gisa bildutako guztia festibalean emandako sarietarako erabiliko da, antolatzaileek egindako ekarpenarekin 3000€-ko kantitatera iritsi arte. EAEko film laburrak aipatutako kuotatik salbuetsita egongo dira*.(*Zuzendaria Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoan (EAE) erroldatuta egotea gutxienik deialdia argitara eman baino urtebete lehenagotik. EAEn jaioa izanik, gutxienez 5 urtez jarraian bertan bizitakoa izan behar du.)
The registration fee per short film at the Donosskino festival will be 3€ until May 31, 2025 and 5€ between May 31 and June 20, 2025. Payment will be made through the platform used for the inscription. Registration will only be effective when verifying the income of the fee. The entire amount of the fees will be used for the prizes awarded at the festival together with a contribution from the organization up to 3,000€. The short films from the Basque Country will be exempt from these fees*. (*The director must be registered in the Basque Country for at least one year before the date of publication of this call, or be born in the Basque Country and have resided there continuously for at least 5 years.
8.Los cortometrajes seleccionados, deberán enviar una copia del cortometraje en formato DCP para su proyección en el festival. Así como un archivo .mov o .mp4 y material promocional del cortometraje a través de una plataforma que facilitará la organización. En caso de incumplir este punto la organización se reserva el derecho a retirar el cortometraje del festival.
Hautatutako film laburrek film laburraren kopia bat bidali beharko dute DCP formatuan, festibalean proiektatzeko. Horrez gain, .mov edo .mp4 artxibo bat eta laburmetraiaren promozio-materiala ere bidali beharko dituzte antolatzaileek beraien eskura jarriko duten plataforma baten bidez.
Puntu hau bete ezean, antolatzaileek festibaletik film laburra kentzeko eskubidea izango dute.
The selected short films must send a copy of the short film in DCP format for screening at the festival. As well as a .mov or .mp4 file and promotional material of the short film through a platform that will facilitate the organization. In case of non-compliance with this point, the organization reserves the right to withdraw the short film from the festival.
9. Todos aquellos cortometrajes cuyos diálogos originales no estén en español o euskera, deberán estar subtitulados en cualquiera de estos idiomas. Si no es así, serán rechazados.
Gaztelania edo euskara ez den beste hizkuntza batean aurkeztutako lanak, gaztelaniaz edo euskarazko azpitituluekin aurkeztu behar izango dira. Horrela ez bada, ez dira onartuak izango.
All those films whose original dialogues are not in Spanish must be subtitled in Spanish. If not, will be rejected.
10. La organización, se reserva el derecho a utilizar el 40% del minutado de cada cortometraje para uso promocional del festival y en el caso de ser premiado, hacer una reseña en redes sociales.
Festibalaren antolatzaileek, festibalaren eta laburmetraien promozioa egiteko, film labur bakoitzaren denboraren %40 bat erabiltzeko aukera izango du, eta saritua izanez gero, sare sozialetan aipamen bat egiteko eskubidea.
The organization reserves the right to use 40% of the runtime of each short film for promotional purposes of the festival and, in the case of being awarded, to make a review on social media.
11. El representante legal del cortometraje, se compromete a presentar, obras cuyos contenidos sean originales, y cuyos derechos le pertenezcan. La organización no se hace responsable de problemas ulteriores en este sentido.
Film laburraren ordezkari legalak eduki originala duten lanak aurkeztuko ditu eta beraien
eskubideak izango ditu. Antolatzaileak ez dira erantzule egingo gai honen inguruko arazoekiko.
The legal representative of the short film, agrees to submit, works whose contents are original, and whose rights belong to him. The organization is not responsible for any further problems in this regard.
12. El Jurado Oficial, compuesto por profesionales del medio cinematográfico, será el encargado de otorgar los premios.
Zinema-alorreko profesionalek osatutako epaimahai ofizialak emango ditu sariak.
The official jury composed of professionals from the film, will be in charge of awarding the prizes.

14. Las decisiones del Jurado Oficial, serán inapelables. Los premios otorgados, se entregarán en la gala de clausura, en fecha por determinar, durante el mes de octubre de 2026.
.Epaimahaiaren erabakiak apelaezinak izango dira. Sariak amaierako ekitaldian emango dira, data zehaztu gabean, 2026ko urrian.
.The decisions of the Official Jury will be final. The awards will be presented at the closing gala, on a date to be determined, during the month of October 2026.
15.En caso de que el ganador de alguno de los premios no pueda asistir a la gala de clausura deberá enviar a la organización un vídeo de agradecimiento para su proyección en la gala. Asimismo, el vídeo también podrá ser utilizado por la organización en sus redes sociales. En caso de incumplir este punto la organización se reserva el derecho descalifcar el cortometraje.
Sariren baten irabazleak amaierako ekitaldira joaterik ez badu, eskerrak emateko bideo bat bidali beharko du ekitaldian proiektatzeko. Halaber, antolatzaileek bideoa festibaleko sare sozialetan erabili ahal izango dute. Puntu hau betetzen ez badu, antolakuntzak beretzat gordetzen du flm laburra deskalifkatzeko eskubidea.
In the case that the winner of any of the awards cannot attend the closing gala, the winner must send a video thanking the award, which will be screened at the closing gala. Likewise, the video may also be used by the organization on its social networks. In case of non-compliance with this point, the organization reserves the right to disqualify the short film.
16. La inscripción implica la aceptación de todas las bases.
Inskripzioak oinarri guztiak onartzea dakar.
Registration implies acceptance of the rules.
