The Volume IV of the Donosskino Short Film Festival, will be held from 27 to 31 October, 2020, and will be open to filmmakers worldwide.
These are the sections of the festival:
1-International fiction short films (Required with Spanish subtitles) Entry fee 2€
2-Basque Country Short Films. No entry fee
*The total amount collected from admissions will be added to the amount of the prizes, and will be made public once the admission period is over.

.Rules & Terms:
1- The 4th edition of Doonosskino Short Film Festival will be held from 27 to 31 October, 2020 and will be open to filmmakers worldwide.
2- Short films with a maximum duration of 30 minutes.
3- Entries must have completed production after January 30, 2019.
4- Works previously submitted to the Donosskino Festival will not be accepted.
5- Advertising and/or commercial videos will be excluded.
6- Registration can done by sending your film online at FilmFreeway, and it will end on June 30, 2020.
7- The registration fee per short film at the Donosskino festival will be €2. Payment will be made through the FilmFreeway platform. The registration will only be effective when the fee is paid.
8- The films selected will send a copy of the short film before september, 1, 2020 . Mov or Mp4 file. by Wetransfer o Dropbox to firstname.lastname@example.org. However, the festival reserves the right to request files in DCP format, if the screening theatre demand it.The entire amount of the fees will be added to the total amount of the prizes.
9- All those films whose original dialogues are not in spanish, must be subtitled in spanish.
10- The organization reserves the right to use 20% of the minutes of each short film for promotional use of the festival and the works themselves.
11- The legal representative of the short film, agrees to submit, works whose contents are original, and whose rights belong to him. The organization is not responsible for any further problems in this regard.
12- The Festival consists of the following sections:
Short films of international fiction, competitive section of works of fiction that have been produced in any country.
Etxean Shortuak section of short films, from Basque Country production.
13- The official jury composed of professionals from the film, will be in charge of awarding the prizes.
14- The decisions of the Official Jury will be unappealable. The prizes awarded will be presented at the closing gala, on a date to be confirmed, at October, 2020.
15- Registration implies acceptance of the rules.
