Created by the dynamic duo behind Castaway Collective, Community Cove is a Brisbane-based film and arts festival celebrating emerging voices and community-driven storytelling.

Blending short film screenings with live music and local markets, the festival creates a vibrant space for filmmakers, artists, and audiences to connect. We welcome bold, character-driven work from creatives at all stages, offering a platform to showcase stories in front of an engaged and supportive crowd.

At its core, Community Cove is about connection, creativity, and making waves in the local arts scene.

We present a range of awards, from Best Director to Best BTS Photographer and a selection in between, recognising excellence across all aspects of filmmaking.

A voucher of $50 for each category will be presented to the represetative of the film who wins the award.

Only our award-winning films will be screened during this one-night celebration.
