➡️ WELCOME TO COLLEGNO FILM FESTIVAL
Collegno Film Fest is an exciting new festival dedicated to celebrating both Italian and international cinema, with a special focus on films that explore the realm of the fantastic and surrealism. Our mission is to provide a platform for visionary filmmakers who challenge the boundaries of storytelling and provoke thought.
🎞️ We invite filmmakers and authors from around the world, especially students, to submit their projects. We focus on the quality and originality of ideas, no matter the budget or the actors involved.
🎥 Alongside the international section, we take pride in showcasing local Piedmontese cinema. Our goal is to become advocates of this unique creative landscape, promoting it across Italy and Europe. We encourage Piedmontese filmmakers to submit their work, regardless of length, as we aim to create a strong network that amplifies their voices on a larger stage.
👔 The festival takes place in a historic building that once hosted artists from around the world. Now beautifully restored, it serves as both a cinema hall and a space for artistic events and Cineforum sessions, fully capturing the artistic spirit of Collegno, famously known as “the city of the mad” for its open-air asylum.
Here's what some of our submitters had to say:

★★★★★ "A new festival, and for their first year, the organization was incredible. Some parts of the event were pure surrealism: no spoiler! I loved it."" - Lorenzo Squadroni
