The Clout Film Festival is looking for the best and brightest in independent films from around the world and power up filmmakers to take their films to the next level.

As we gear up for the summer heat, break out those awesome shorts! From Daisy Dukes to Cargo's we've got a short category ready to the summer heat!

Selected winners will win an non-exclusive 2 year streaming contract, propelling their film straight to Roku and Amazon Fire TV.

Clout is the festival for filmmakers to show their work and connect with audiences.
Our team of curators will select the films that will be featured on the ‘Fancy a Movie’ and ‘Scenes Plus Prime Time’ channels.
With live screenings throughout Northern California, you'll get a chance to experience immediate audience feedback.

CLOUT Film Fest - where tomorrow's top Filmmakers are today!

Meet the CLOUT Festival team, organizers and select movie personalities for insight, laughs, autographs and networking. Live audiences enjoy a two-hour ride of some of the best and brightest Directors, talent and films. Concession is included int he price of the ticket and enjoy sneak previews of upcoming films and speak to industry resources!

Some film festivals are so big, you lose the people you came with and it feels more like a convention. We want Filmmakers to look forward to a unique experience to showcase their work, opportunities to speak with an audience and instant crowd reaction to your film.

Everyone can look forward to red carpet photo opportunities, meeting personalities, industry movers and prospective Directors. This is a place to be and be seen. A gathering spot not only for great films but an opportunity to pitch, meet and network.

Selected winners can look forward to the option of continuing their film's and actor's exposure by playing their movie in homes everywhere!

Awards & Prizes

A non-exclusive 2 year media distribution contract with Rhebus TV for Roku and Amazon Fire TV streaming on the Scenes Plus Prime Time and the Fancy A Movie channels.

Rules & Terms

Films must have been completed in the last five years.
Films must be between 1 minutes and 2 hours long.

A screener on a free service like YouTube should be available for review for each film.

CLOUT Film Festival SUBMISSION RULES

1. CLOUT competition is open to the United States and International entries.
2. All films must submit online preview screeners.
3. Foreign language entries must have English language subtitles.
4. Entries must have been completed in the past 5 years.
5. Applicants may submit as many entries as they wish, as long as each entry has a separate entry form and fee.
6. Any physical materials mailed in, must be labeled with submitter contact information. All emails must include the name of your film.
7. Any materials mailed in will not be returned to the submitters.
8. CLOUT has the right to screen any film or projects submitted to the CLOUT Film Festival. The CLOUT Film Festival does not pay screening fees.
9. In order to receive any award, the project's producer or director does not need to be present.
10. If [a film is] officially selected, it is the responsibility of the submitter to send the festival their film in digital format, as requested by festival.
11. All decisions made by the festival are final and at their discretion.
12. Films will not be accepted if they were made as part of a "challenge Film" "Make a film in a day", "workshop", "Rush" or any time restrictive event.

    Clout Film Fest really gives filmmakers or film lovers a platform from different cities to connect. My experiences being a part of the film fest has been pleasant. They showed different genres of films and created positive yet humble environment to include everyone regardless each individual's level of filmmaking.
