The Clout Film Festival is looking for the best and brightest films from around the world to power up filmmakers to take their films to the next level.

The extremely popular CLOUT International Film Fest is back, bringing together industry insiders, movers and shakers in film and media and amazing films, Directors and Actors.

Selected winners will win an non-exclusive 2 year streaming contract, propelling their film straight to Roku and FAST TV

Our team of curators will select the films that will be featured on the ‘Fancy a Movie’ and ‘Scenes Plus Prime Time’ channels.

Meet the CLOUT Festival team, organizers and select movie personalities for insight, laughs, autographs and networking. Live audiences enjoy a night of some of the best and brightest Directors, talent and films. Enjoy sneak previews of upcoming films and speak to industry resources!

We want Filmmakers to look forward to a unique experience to showcase their work, opportunities to speak with an audience and instant crowd reaction to your film.

Everyone can look forward to red carpet photo opportunities, interviews, meeting personalities, industry movers and prospective Directors. This is a place to be and be seen. A gathering spot not only for great films but an opportunity to pitch, meet and network.

Selected winners can look forward to the option of continuing their film's and actor's exposure by playing their movie in homes everywhere!

Awards & Prizes

Winners will receive a non-exclusive 2 year streaming contract with Rhebus TV for Roku and FAST TV streaming on the Scenes Plus Prime Time and the Fancy A Movie channels.

Rules & Terms

Films must have been completed in the last five years.
Films must be between 7 minutes and 2 hours long.

A screener on a free service like YouTube should be available for review for each film.

CLOUT Film Festival SUBMISSION RULES

1. CLOUT competition is open to the United States and International entries.
2. All films must submit online preview screeners.
3. Foreign language entries must have English language subtitles.
4. Entries must have been completed in the past 5 years.
5. Applicants may submit as many entries as they wish, as long as each entry has a separate entry form and fee.
6. Any physical materials mailed in, must be labeled with submitter contact information. All emails must include the name of your film.
7. Any materials mailed in will not be returned to the submitters.
8. CLOUT has the right to screen any film or projects submitted to the CLOUT Film Festival. The CLOUT Film Festival does not pay screening fees.
9. In order to receive any award, the project's producer or director does not need to be present.
10. If [a film is] officially selected, it is the responsibility of the submitter to send the festival their film in digital format, as requested by festival.
11. All decisions made by the festival are final and at their discretion.
12. Films will not be accepted if they were made as part of a "challenge Film" "Make a film in a day", "workshop", "Rush" or any time restrictive event.

    A very kind and welcoming event, while not as extravagant as larger festivals. It was still a grand time of meeting fellow filmmakers, making connections, and watching films made by those scrappy spirits not quite on the big screen. That alongside their reward of helping you get onto Roku streaming services makes them a grand festival to just try out just to get you out there in a somewhat official way! Overall, was a blast and planning to send my next projects here for screenings!

    Great people, frequent informative communication PLUS the folks running this festival are into PROMOTING and DISTRIBUTING filmmakers’ work. Not just for award winners — for all selected films, shorts and features. The opposite of awards programs that just sell laurels. The real thing.
