The 5th version of the Festival.
Under the auspices of the Municipality of Dafni - Ymitos and the support of the cultural and sports organization of the Municipality of Dafni - Ymitos.
Ergotaxion artspace, in collaboration with Stragli movies are organizing the CINERGO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL for films that have been produced independently (Without funding from programs or institutions. This rule applies to short films. It is not a prerequisite for a feature.). This festival aims to support collaborative films and stimulate the message of cooperation and partnership.
We presented the CINERGO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL in June 2020 for the first time.
This year screenings will take place at Ergotaxion artspace at Agios Dimitrios, Athens and at open air locations in town. The Preselection Committee will select the films that will be screened and participate in the official competition.
There will be selected short, medium length and feature films from all over the world. The days of the festival there will be organized a program of masterclasses.
In the 5th edition of CIFF the big winners will get also great prizes.
The festival will hosts also films from affiliated festivals and some of our officially selected films will be automatically be selected to our affiliated festivals.
There will be organized open masterclass from industry professionals.
The jury will give awards in the following categories:

Five International and five Greek Feature films will compete. The films must be over 60 minutes (including titles).
Awards will be given in the following categories:

Screenplay Award.
Award for best male role.
Award for best female role.
For International Feature Films
Best Film Award.
Direction Award.
Screenplay Award.

The fee for the submission of the application is not refundable. The festival organization is not obliged to pay the participants any fee for the screening of their films.
On the day of the prizes there will be announcement of the nominations for each category.
The committee has the right to change, add or remove a prize if needed.

Μεγάλου μήκους
Θα διαγωνιστούν και πέντε ταινίες μεγάλου μήκους Ελληνικής παραγωγής. Η διάρκεια θα πρέπει να είναι μεγαλύτερη των 60 λεπτών.
Τα βραβεία που θα λάβουν είναι τα εξής:
Βραβείο καλύτερης ταινίας.
Βραβείο σκηνοθεσίας.
Βραβείου σεναρίου.
Βραβείο μοντάζ.
Βραβείο καλύτερης ερμηνείας ανδρικού ρόλου.
Βραβείο καλύτερης ερμηνείας γυναικείου ρόλου.
Το κόστος υποβολής της αίτησης συμμετοχής δεν επιστρέφεται. Η διοργάνωση δεν υποχρεούται να πληρώσει κανένα ποσό για την προβολή των ταινιών, εκτός από την περίπτωση των χρηματικών βραβείων (Βραβείο Καλύτερης Ταινίας, μικρού και μεγάλου μήκους).
Την ημέρα των απονομών θα ανακοινωθούν και οι υποψηφιότητες για την κάθε κατηγορία.
Η επιτροπή έχει δικαίωμα να αλλάξει, να προσθέσει ή να καταργήσει κάποιο βραβείο, αν το κρίνει.
