Cinematique of Daytona is supporting film students in Volusia County schools by hosting a celebration of the best project from each school in three separate categories:
Environmental PSA, Documentary, and Short film/ Music Video
The winner of each category will receive support and prizes.

Entrants will be screened at Cinematique with the winners receiving a trophy, bragging rights, and a submission code to Palm Beaches Student Showcase of Films which has prizes totaling over $30,000.  Also, Winner's laurel for the film's poster, Director-level membership at Cinematique of Daytona for the director ($300 value,) Student membership for the crew and team's instructor with Women in Film and Television- Florida (Womeninfilmfl.org,) and student membership with Film Florida (Filmflorida.org)
The awards from WIFT-FL and Film Florida also make the winning students eligible for the grants and scholarships offered by these organizations.
All entrants will receive a goodie-bag with items from local businesses to congratulate them on their projects.

For each participating school, the top projects in each category, as voted on by peers and admin at each school, will be screened at Cinematique with the winners chosen live.
The categories will have specifications to ensure they meet the criteria for the PBSSF and ensure the students follow fair and clear guidelines.
