Cinema SECONDO Noi

Cinema SECONDO Noi quest'anno avrà luogo dal 26 al 29 luglio, sempre nella meravigliosa cornice del Forte Antenne.

Il Festival cinematografico del II Municipio è stato pensato per stimolare la creatività dei cineasti, da quelli più esperti a quelli più giovani e per restituire all’arte e soprattutto al cinema un momento di rinnovata energia ed innovazione.

Lo scopo è anche quello di avvicinare i cittadini di ogni età a tematiche sociali di forte impatto ed interesse, promuovendo al contempo un nuovo spazio di incontri ed eventi nell’area del II Municipio.

L’associazione Il Condominio, insieme ad Ass. Cult. Images Hunters e alla Presidenza e Direzione del II Municipio, promuove il concorso internazionale per cortometraggi "Cinema SECONDO Noi" che avrà cinque sezioni principali:

“Un mondo multiculturale”

Cortometraggi che parlano di inclusione, storie di immigrazione, problematiche legate al razzismo e all’intolleranza, ma anche storie di successo ed integrazione.

“Un grande cuore verde”

Cortometraggi che toccano tematiche green ed ecologiche, inquinamento, agricoltura ed allevamenti biologici, le città del futuro.

“Amore Libero”

Cortometraggi a tematica LGBTQI+

“Storie di Donne”

Cortometraggi dove le donne sono protagoniste. Storie che raccontano il mondo femminile e le eventuali difficoltà che incontrano nel mondo affettivo, lavorativo e sociale. Possono partecipare anche cortometraggi che abbiano donne nelle categorie: regia, sceneggiatura, montaggio e fotografia.

"Roma Segreta"

Cortometraggi girati a Roma, ma anche sul suo litorale, alla (ri)scoperta sia di monumenti famosi ma anche di quartieri e luoghi meno conosciuti, osservati e raccontati da punti di vista originali ed inediti. Storie del passato e del presente, leggende e misteri della nostra capitale ma anche stili di vita e personaggi che animano la nostra città. I corti possono essere in forma di fiction o documentario, sempre di durata non superiore ai 15 minuti.

Il concorso è aperto a CORTOMETRAGGI sia italiani che internazionali di durata non superiore ai 15 minuti che siano pertinenti alle tematiche in oggetto e rientrino nelle cinque sezioni principali del concorso. I generi nei quali declinare le cinque sezioni possono essere: dramma, commedia, documentario, thriller, horror, azione.
I corti devono essere in lingua italiana o, se in altre lingue, per essere proiettati devono avere SOTTOTITOLI IN ITALIANO.

ATTENZIONE: Si prenderanno in considerazione SOLO cortometraggi realizzati dal 2019 in poi.

Il Comitato Organizzatore, a sua assoluta discrezione, si occuperà di selezionare i corti per ognuna delle quattro categorie (Un mondo Multietnico - Un grande cuore verde - Amore Libero - Storie di donne- Roma Segreta) e i corti selezionati saranno proiettati a Forte Antenne nell'ambito del Festival.

Il Festival, oltre alla proiezione dei corti in concorso, ospiterà ospiti speciali e dibattiti.

CONCORSO SPECIALE
Corto al Municipio
Dedicato a giovani sceneggiatori

Al concorso speciale potranno partecipare gli autori che sottoporranno sceneggiature originali per un corto di massimo 10 minuti da realizzare e filmare nell’ambito del II Municipio.
La sceneggiatura dovrà narrare storie che prendono forma e vita in location (es. strade, piazze, scuole, parchi) riconducibili al territorio che fa parte del II Municipio.
Al Concorso possono partecipare sceneggiatori (anche alla loro prima esperienza) che non abbiano compiuto 35 anni al 29/07/2023.

La migliore sceneggiatura sarà scelta ad insindacabile decisione della giuria e premiata con 500 euro.

Il vincitore si impegnera’ ad autorizzare l’uso e l’adattamento della sceneggiatura per la realizzazione del corto da parte di terzi. Il Corto sarà promosso dal II Municipio, da Cinema FORTE! e potra’ partecipare a festival e concorsi nazionali ed internazionali.

La performance di Greg è dolorosamente piatta. Non hai mai visto un attore più impacciato.

Cinema SECONDO Noi takes place from the 26-29th of July, as part of Cinema FORTE!
The Film Festival is sponsored by the Second Municipality of Rome. The festival is designed to stimulate the creativity of filmmakers, from the most experienced to the new up and coming artists, to renew the energy and innovation of today’s cinema.

The aim is also to bring citizens of all ages closer to social issues of strong impact and interest while promoting a new space for meetings and events in Rome: Forte Antenne. This ancient Military Fort is a place of historical and archeological interest and has been recently renewed and opened to the public.

"Il Condominio" association, the cultural Association “Images Hunters" and the Presidency and Direction of the Second Municipality of Rome promote the short film competition
"Cinema SECONDO Noi" will have four main sections:


"A multiethnic world"

Short films that talk about inclusion, stories of immigrants, issues related to racism and intolerance, as well as stories of success and integration.

"A big green heart"

Short films that have green and ecological themes, like pollution, agriculture, and organic farming, with an overview of the cities of the future.

"Free love"

LGBT + themed short films, freedom of love, stories of people who had to deal with issues of discrimination and isolation.

"Stories of women"

Short films where women are in leading roles. Stories of women and the difficulties they encounter in their workplace and their human interactions. Short films that have women as directors, screenwriters, editors, and DP can also participate.

The competition is open exclusively to SHORT FILMS lasting no more than 15 minutes and falls within the four main sections of the competition. The genres in which to decline the four sections can be drama, comedy, documentary, thriller, horror, and action.

"Secret Rome"

Short films shot in Rome, but also on its coast, to (re)discover both famous monuments but also lesser-known neighborhoods and places, observed and told from an original and never-before-seen point of view. Stories of the past and present, legends and mysteries of our capital but also lifestyles and characters that animate our city. The shorts can be in the form of fiction or documentary, always lasting no more than 15 minutes.

The shorts must be in Italian or, if in other languages, to be screened they must have SUBTITLES IN ITALIAN.

Some of the selected shorts will be screened at Forte Antenne from the 26-29th of July 2023.

The Festival, in addition to the screening of the sho films in competition, will host special guests and meetings.

ATTENTION: Only short films from 2019 onwards will be considered. The short films have to be completed, no works in progress will be taken into consideration.

The Festival Committee, at its absolute discretion, will take care of selecting the shorts for each of the four categories (A Multiethnic World - A Big Green Heart - Free Love - Women's Stories- Secret Rome) and the selected shorts will be screened in Forte Antenne from 26- 29th of July 2023.

The festival, in addition to the screening of the short films in competition, will host special guests and meetings.


SPECIAL COMPETITION
“Short in the Neighborhood”
Dedicated to young Scripwriters

Authors who submit original scripts for a short film of up to 10 minutes to be made and filmed in the Municipality II of the Metropolitan City of Rome, will be able to participate in the special competition.
The screenplay has to have a strong link to the locations (eg streets, squares, schools, parks) of the Municipality II of Rome.
All screenwriters who have not turned 35 years of age on 29/07/2023 can participate in the competition.

The best screenplay will be chosen at the unquestionable decision of the jury and awarded euros 500.

The winner will authorize the use and adaptation of the screenplay to produce a short movie, done by a third party.
The short will be promoted by the Municipality, by Cinema FORTE! and will be able to participate in national and international festivals and competitions.
