1. La quinta edizione di CineOFF si svolgerà nella città di Jesi (AN) nel mese di Ottobre 2024. Il concorso si divide nelle seguenti categorie:
• CORTOMETRAGGI ITALIANI
(Max 20 min. titoli compresi)
Sono ammesse opere di ogni genere, girate in qualsiasi formato, esclusivamente in lingua italiana, realizzate da autori/produzioni italiane dopo il 1 gennaio 2022. Possono partecipare anche opere già vincitrici o selezionate in altri festival, già distribuite in sala o su piattaforme di streaming. Ogni autore può iscriversi con una o più opere per ogni sezione.
• CORTOMETRAGGI STRANIERI
(Max 20 min. titoli compresi)
Sono ammesse opere di ogni genere, girate in qualsiasi formato, sottotitolate in inglese o italiano e realizzate da autori/produzioni non italiane, dopo il 1 gennaio 2022. Possono partecipare anche opere già vincitrici o selezionate in altri festival, già distribuite in sala o su piattaforme di streaming. Ogni autore può iscriversi con una o più opere per ogni sezione.
• DOCUMENTARI (UNICA CATEGORIA PER ITALIANI E STRANIERI)
Sono ammesse opere di ogni genere e di ogni nazionalità, girate in qualsiasi formato, in italiano o in lingua straniera purché sottotitolate in inglese o italiano, prodotte dopo il 1 gennaio 2022. Possono partecipare anche opere già vincitrici o selezionate in altri festival, già distribuite in sala o su piattaforme di streaming. Ogni autore può iscriversi con una o più opere per ogni sezione.
• LUNGOMETRAGGI ITALIANI
Sono ammesse opere di ogni genere, girate in qualsiasi formato, esclusivamente in lingua italiana, realizzate da autori/produzioni italiane dopo il 1 gennaio 2022. Possono partecipare anche opere già vincitrici o selezionate in altri festival, già distribuite in sala o su piattaforme di streaming. Ogni autore può iscriversi con una o più opere per ogni sezione.
• LUNGOMETRAGGI STRANIERI
Sono ammesse opere di ogni genere, girate in qualsiasi formato, sottotitolate in inglese o italiano e realizzate da autori/produzioni non italiane, dopo il 1 gennaio 2022. Possono partecipare anche opere già vincitrici o selezionate in altri festival, già distribuite in sala o su piattaforme di streaming. Ogni autore può iscriversi con una o più opere per ogni sezione.
• CORTOSCUOLA (ITALIANI)

Sono ammesse opere di ogni genere, girate in qualsiasi formato, esclusivamente in lingua italiana, realizzate da studenti della scuola secondaria di primo e secondo grado italiana. Possono partecipare anche opere già vincitrici o selezionate in altri festival, già distribuite in sala o su piattaforme di streaming. Ogni autore e scuola può iscrivere più di un cortometraggio.

Each author can subscribe with one or more works for each section.
• ITALIAN FEATURE FILMS
All kinds of works, shot in any format but exclusively in Italian, are allowed. Works must be made by Italian authors/productions and produced after January 1, 2022. Works already won or selected in other festivals, or already distributed in the hall or on streaming platforms, may also participate. Each author can subscribe with one or more works for each section.
• INTERNATIONAL FEATURE FILMS

Italian works are excluded from this category. Works already won or selected in other festivals, or already distributed in the hall or on streaming platforms, may also participate. Film of every genre, shot in any format, exclusively in Italian, made by Italian secondary school students. Works that have already won or been selected in other festivals, already distributed in theaters or on streaming platforms can also participate. Each author and school can submit more than one short film.

5. Le opere iscritte al Festival saranno visionate dalla commissione responsabile della selezione e dalla Direzione Artistica che curerà la preselezione per individuare le opere semifinaliste “in concorso”. L'ammissione al concorso è decisa a insindacabile giudizio della direzione artistica del festival.

The works registered at the Festival will be examined by the commission responsible for the selection and the Artistic Direction that will take care of the pre-selection to identify the semi-finalist works "in competition". 6. Il 30 settembre 2024 sarà resa pubblica la selezione ufficiale delle opere in gara che riceveranno l’Alloro ufficiale di CineOff. Tuttavia, durante le giornate del festival, saranno proiettate solamente le tre opere finaliste di ogni categoria che saranno anche inserite nel catalogo ufficiale del festival.
6. On 30 September 2024, the official selection of the works will be made public. The works will receive the Cineoff Official Laurel. However, during the days of the festival, only the three finalist works of each category will be screened, that will also be included in the official catalog of the festival.

7. I finalisti, contattati dall'organizzazione, dovranno inviare il seguente materiale per la proiezione e per l'inserimento nel catalogo ufficiale: File H264, 1920×1080, locandina, foto del regista, foto di scena, trailer e pressbook.

11. Gli autori/produttori che effettuano l’iscrizione su FilmFreeway rispondono personalmente del contenuto delle opere che iscrivono e dichiarano, con l’iscrizione a CineOFF, di avere adempiuto ogni obbligo nei confronti di terzi derivante da diritti d’autore.

In caso di dichiarazione non veritiera, e in caso di rivalse da parte dei reali detentori dei diritti di copyright, gli autori/produttori sollevano il Festival da qualsiasi responsabilità legale ed economica e si impegnano a rispondere interamente delle conseguenze annesse e connesse alla frode.
13. In case of untruthful statement, and in case of retaliation by the real holders of copyright rights, the authors relieve the Festival and the organizers of any legal and economic liability. The authors undertake to respond fully to the consequences attached and linked to the fraud;

14. L’iscrizione comporta l’inserimento dell’opera nell’Archivio del Festival escludendo l’utilizzo commerciale a tutela degli interessi degli Autori e dei Produttori.

15. Il Festival potrà utilizzare degli estratti delle opere finaliste allo scopo di promuovere la manifestazione attraverso i suoi canali di comunicazione. L’autore e/o la produzione e/o il detentore dei diritti di ogni opera selezionata autorizzano la pubblicazione dei loro dati sul sito e la loro eventuale diffusione a fini promozionali.
15. The Festival may use extracts of the finalist works in order to promote the event through its communication channels. The author and/or the production and/or the holder of the rights of each selected work, authorize the publication of their data on the site and their possible dis-semination for promotional purposes.

16. Il calendario e gli orari delle proiezioni saranno promossi attraverso i canali di comunicazione del Festival.

17. Informativa ai sensi dell’art. 13 del D. Lgs. 196/2003 e all’art. 13 GDPR 679/16. I titolari dei dati personali inviati dai partecipanti sono gli organizzatori del Festival. Gli stessi procedono al trattamento dei dati personali esclusivamente per la partecipazione al Festival e per altre informazioni sulle proprie attività. I dati sono a disposizione per qualsiasi correzione o modifica relativa al loro utilizzo.
17. Personal data (13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and 13 GDPR 679/16). The holders of the personal data sent by the participants are the organizers of the Festival. They process personal data exclusively for participation in the Festival and for other information on their ac-tivities. The data are available for any correction or modification related to their use.
