Christopher W. Childers is a Director, Director of Photography, and editor of digital shorts. He graduated from Western Carolina University in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and Television Production. He is currently working as the Director of Video Production at Christ School in Asheville NC while attending the University of Tennessee for a Masters of Science in Strategic and Digital Communications.
Christopher directed three films that have played at various film festivals, winning awards such as best short documentary, audience choice award, best documentary, and more. He has worked on features including Luke and Jo directed by Joshua Overbay, and various other shorts and short documentaries. His latest film Christ School Basketball: A Legacy in Motion, has just finished post production and he is hopeful to have it play at festivals through 2025.
