Christopher T. Brown is a writer and filmmaker born in Hartford, Connecticut. He graduated from Trinity College with a bachelor’s degree in English. He earned a Master of Fine Arts in Television and Film from New York University, Tisch School for the Arts. Brown completed Pre-MBA coursework in managerial economics from Dartmouth’s Amos Tuck School of Business.
Brown’s short film THOUGHTS ARE THINGS was inspired by his own story. The film depicts that books are magic that have the power to transform one’s life. It stars Roger Guenveur Smith. It features costume design by Ruth E. Carter, and an original score composed by Miles Mosley.
Brown is currently developing a number of projects through his production company Onward & Upward, LLC.
