Chris Suqiasyan was born on March 18, 1997, in Yerevan.
During his school years, he attended a theater club as an actor, before later shifting his professional path toward cinema. He graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinematography, where he studied Film Directing.
During his studies, he created several course projects, and his diploma film Freedom received high praise from the faculty.
After graduating, his passion for theater remained strong. He worked at the Yerevan State Puppet Theater as both a lighting technician and an actor. He also gained experience on numerous film sets and participated as a volunteer at the 15th Golden Apricot International Film Festival.
Chris furthered his education at the TUMO Center and completed the Directing program at the Public Television Media Academy of Armenia.
