Hart Victor Ikechukwu Okeke, Popularly known as Victor Iyke is a Nigerian Screenwriter, Movie Producer and Director. He was born in Kaduna state, Nigeria. He attended New era educational institute Rivers state and proceeded to the Enugu state university of science and technology where he graduated with a B.SC in Building technology.

In 2017 he started his own Production company (Checkmate pictures, Ng) and then Wrote, Financed and produced his first Movie "A lonely lane" which won the 2018 Best of Nollywood awards (BON ) for Best Actor and Best actress in An indigenous Film.
In same 2017 he made his Directorial Debut with a film he Wrote, Produced and Financed; OFUOBI which got a Best indigenous film nomination at the prestigious 2018 Africa magic viewers choice awards (AMVCA), it also got three nominations at the 2018 Best of Nollywood awards ( BON ). Other film credits as a writer,Producer and Executive producer include; The pain, your storm (2019,Nigeria ) which had 5 nominations and a win at the 2019 ZAFAA GLOBAL AWARDS.

In 2020 his film NNE won the prestigious AMVCA award for best indigenous movie IGBO, and in 2022 he got another AMVCA nominations for his film "UHURUCHI" and win at the 2022 ZUMA FILM AWARDS for his film THE PAIN YOUR STORM. He resides in Enugu state, eastern Nigeria.
