Charlotte is a film director and founder of Seven Light Films. She began her film career working in programming for the British Film Institute in 2018. She recently wrote and directed the short film 'Rose', made in partnership with Big C Charity. Her directorial debut was 'Different Day', which won the Jury's Choice Award at The South London Film Festival, Best British Short Film at Cornwall Film Festival, and was nominated for Best Film and Best Director at Unrestricted View. Her first film, 'O, My Friend' (2019), which she wrote and produced, was nominated for best film at the Wales International Film Festival and screened at festivals around the world.

Charlotte began her career in theatre; she co-founded the Women Redressed theatre festival which played at venues across London over two years and brought together emerging and established directors, writers and actors to tell female stories.

She is currently developing a feature film and several short films.
