Chad Trudgeon has always had an active imagination. In childhood, he’d build structurally unsound LEGO towers, create homemade comic books and regularly win the NBA championship by swishing buzzer beaters in his NERF basketball hoop. During his high school years, he and some friends would shoot horror and detective movies on any camcorder they could get a hold of.
His first foray into screenwriting was an overambitious choose-your-own-adventure script consisting of eight possible outcomes. It swelled to an outrageous 270 pages and was not received well. Chad appreciates all genres, but there is a special place in his heart for horror and historical dramas.
Chad lives in Austin, Texas.
