This festival was great! Very intimate, tight knit group of filmmakers who love the craft of filmmaking. Bob, Ginger, and the volunteers did a great job of running an awesome festival.

CenFlo is a small festival that is very professionally run. The venue is excellent with great projection/sound and they put on a great party and a very entertaining awards show that is packed. It was a pleasure to be able to participate! I'll always submit my work to CenFlo.

While it was nice that the guy in charge sent out emails, they were often chastising and treating the filmmakers like children... I was actually so taken aback that I emailed to see if he was ok. My film was screened but I was not treated like a VIP or even close... I felt like they believed they were doing me a favor by accepting my film and the head guy never even introduced himself to me when I was at the festival. I really wanted it to be a positive experience but it really was not... I had to leave early for an emergency... sent an email to explain it and not even the courtesy of a reply... I would have come back for the awards but figured if they can't even respond to me, why bother. Good festival to pick up a laurel but not worth attending.

This was our first visit to CENFLO and all I can say is top notch. The director and programmers have definitely put a lot of effort into making this festival one of the best with a strong social media presence, live interviews, great networking opportunities, script pitches, celebrity guest appearances, wonderful selections in the doc, short, and feature film categories, and an elegant awards ceremony. A "must attend" for those considering a festival run.
