Despite being raised in Chicago, Adrienne and Catriona both grew up with a heavy influence of British comedies and sitcoms, as well as dark comedies and shows with very dry humor. Having a Greek/Australian mother, as well as duel Australian citizenship, broadened Adrienne and Catriona's love for travel and making friends from around the world. Developing a habit for meeting interesting characters everywhere they go, they knew they needed to bring these people and experiences to life in their storytelling. What started as a love for acting for both Adrienne and Catriona, slowly it turned into a desire to write and direct their own projects and so they made the decision to move to LA together. While Catriona was attending film school, both she and Adrienne had been writing future film ideas together and working on small projects that they both directed together. "The Butler" was their first big project that they wrote and directed together. Once Catriona graduated film school in fall 2021, she and Adrienne started their own production company, "Boeing Studios", where they've worked on music videos and international commercials. They continue writing scripts for future films and television concepts that they hope to direct together in the future.
