Cassie is a 32-year-old, freshly bloomed screenwriter and dusty actress. Her stage credits include playing Violet Weston in her college's production of "August: Osage County,” and minor roles in "Laramie: 10 Years Later,” as well as “He Killed My Bird, or Now That We Are in Heaven.” Her first screenplay, “Dead Meat,” has won several accolades at various short film festivals. She enjoys writing poetry and dark comedy, and dabbles in the dreaded fanfiction world. She spent time in Austin, TX; central Illinois; Madrid, Spain, and now lives in western North Carolina.
