Carlos is a 19-year-old filmmaker from Eschweiler who left school at 17 to pursue his passion for cinema at the SAE Institute in Cologne.
His fascination with film has been a lifelong journey. Since the age of twelve, he has been writing screenplays and books while directing his own little short films. As an energetic child, the only thing that could captivate him for hours was a small camera and his Lego figures, which he used to create intricate stop-motion animations.
Since starting his studies, Carlos has built a strong networt, not just within his own department, but also with creative minds from other disciplines who share his drive. Together, they have developed and realized numerous projects. His most ambitious work to date is the project "Die Stadt war wie ein Spielplatz" (Working Title: "Mythos"). He dedicated nearly two years to this production, handling every aspect of the process independently.
Carlos is a true auteur; from the initial screenplay to cinematography, directing, and acting coaching, he crafts every detail by hand to translate his inner vision directly onto the screen. As a result, each of his films serves as a precise reflection of his personal perceptions, emotions, and his unique view of the world.
