Can Köroğlu is a Turkish filmmaker and photographer born in Istanbul in 1991, currently based in London.
Can (b.1991, Istanbul) works through a variety of media, focusing primarily on video, photography, and text. In his work, through the topics of family, identity and memory, he seeks to find the fiction in reality, and the truth in fiction.
He is also the former editor-in-chief of the Istanbul based art magazine KLOKMAG, as well as the co-founder of Jux, a mobile app to create moodboards on the go.
He currently lives and works in London.
