We are thrilled to announce the Inaugural Indian Film Festival of Folsom (IFFF) — a landmark cultural event launching in October 3-5, 2025 in the beautiful city of Folsom, California, just outside Sacramento.
This will be the first festival of its kind in the Sacramento region, celebrating the diversity, richness, and global impact of Indian cinema.
We invite filmmakers from around the world to submit their films that explore Indian themes, cultures, stories, or talent. From feature films to documentaries, shorts to animation, and regional to diaspora voices — IFFF aims to showcase a wide spectrum of storytelling that reflects the vibrancy of the Indian experience.
What We're Looking For
We are accepting submissions in the following categories:
* Narrative Features (45 - 90 minutes )
* Documentary Features
* Short Films (under 30 minutes)
* Student Films
* Regional Indian Language Films
* Indian Diaspora Films (produced outside India with Indian themes or filmmakers)

यह सैक्रामेंटो क्षेत्र में अपनी तरह का पहला फिल्म महोत्सव होगा, जो भारतीय सिनेमा की विविधता, समृद्धता और वैश्विक प्रभाव का उत्सव मनाएगा।
हम दुनियाभर के फिल्म निर्माताओं को आमंत्रित करते हैं कि वे ऐसी फिल्में भेजें जो भारतीय विषयों, संस्कृतियों, कहानियों या प्रतिभाओं को दर्शाती हों। फीचर फिल्मों से लेकर डॉक्युमेंट्री, शॉर्ट फिल्म्स, एनिमेशन और क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं से लेकर प्रवासी भारतीय कहानियों तक — IFFF का उद्देश्य भारतीय अनुभव की जीवंतता को दर्शाने वाली विविध प्रकार की कहानियों को मंच देना है।
