CALI HORROR FILM FEST se inaugura este 2023 para celebrar el cine de terror. Es un espacio donde REALIZADORES audiovisuales del género podrán exponer sus creaciones y obtener los reconocimientos adecuados y también para que FANS del terror disfruten del cine y compartan experiencias alrededor de este.
Del 9 al 12 de noviembre se harán 4 funciones en las que veremos cortometrajes y largometrajes, se dictarán talleres de creación audiovisual y se contará con una muestra artística y comercial enfocada en el terror.
CALI HORROR FILM FEST Nace acogido por la familia BOGOTÁ HORROR FILM FEST y MEDELLÍN HORROR FILM FEST, liderados por el cineasta Carlos Ortiz y el creador Darío Durán, respectivamente.

CALI HORROR FILM FEST opens this 2023 to celebrate horror movies. It is a space where audiovisual DIRECTORS of the genre can exhibit their creations and obtain the appropriate recognition and also for horror FANS to enjoy horror cinema and share experiences around it.
From November 9 to 12, there will be 4 shows in which we will see short and feature films, audiovisual creation workshops will be held, and there will be an artistic and commercial exhibition focused on horror.
CALI HORROR FILM FEST was born guided by the BOGOTÁ HORROR FILM FEST and MEDELLÍN HORROR FILM FEST families, led by filmmaker Carlos Ortiz and creator Darío Durán, respectively.

- Mejor Cortometraje nacional: Trofeo temático, reportaje en nuestra página y redes.
- Mejor Cortometraje internacional: Diploma, reportaje en nuestra página y redes.
- Mejor Largometraje: Trofeo temático, diploma, reportaje en nuestra página y redes.
- Mejor guión para filminuto: 2 días de alquiler de cámara, luces y sonido para grabar en la ciudad de Cali-Colombia (solo para residentes en Cali, Colombia). La persona ganadora tendrá 15 días calendario para presentar un reporte de presupuesto. El rodaje se realizará el primer semestre de 2024 y debe tener la ficha técnica completa.

- Best International Short Film: Certificate and an article in our Website and social media.
- Best Feature Film: Trophy, certificate and an article in our Website and social media.
- Best Filmminute script: 2 days of camera, lights and sound recorder rental to record in the city of Cali-Colombia (Only for Cali, Colombia Residents). The winner must file a budget repport in the next 15 days. The filming will be scheduled in the first 6 months of 2024 and must have the complete film technical sheet.
