One-day event!!!
Is an Animation Short Film Festival that celebrates Superheroes anime, science fiction, fantasy, pop culture, video games, and a lot more.
Our goal is to connect schools, studios, Graphics Designers, Gamers, Artists, and filmmakers to create opportunities for all of our participants. Once a year the event will bring together the world of animation films and creators providing a premier forum to present the newest techniques as well as classic styles of the animation process. We celebrate geek culture and everything that surrounds it. Dedicated to exploring and celebrating sci-fi and fantasy genre films and filmmaking. We celebrate those artists who make the world of animation what it is today and what inspires us future artists, animators, students, and professionals who continue to pursue animation as a career. The movies we chose to select are creative, inspired, motivational, sincere, and powerful.

Our festival will showcase the best worldwide short films that fit within the main themes of the C-AniConFest©. They drive you somewhere else, or deep inside so you can learn, be motivated, inspired, discover a new perspective from the world of creative minds.

We will be celebrating our festival at the beautiful Little Haiti Cultural Center.

C-AniConFest© organizers will name Juries that will award Trophies and/or Diplomas on Competitive categories. All-Winners, finalists, and Honorable mentions will receive certificates.
Trophies will be given only to the Audience Choice Award Winners

Certification of Entrant I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree:
I have read, understated, and fully comply with all submission eligibility information, Submission Guidelines, Terms and Conditions of Entry, and Entry Eligibility requirements.
To the best of my knowledge, all of the statements in this document are true;
This film or video is not subject to any litigation nor is threatened by any litigation;
I am duly authorized to submit this film to the festival;
I hold C-AniConFest© harmless from any damage to the print(s) or tape(s) en route or otherwise during the festival’s possession of the film;
I hold C-AniConFest©, its owners, management, juries, subsidiaries, agents, sponsors, affiliates, etc. harmless from any claims of liability resulting from my entry.
I certify that I have full rights to the use of the music in the entered work.
I permit C-AniConFest© to use stills, titles, copy, and/or information from the film for promotional purposes
I permit C-AniConFest© to screen the film at the Festival as well as any Festival presentations, programs, and/or events.

To be eligible for presentation and judging you MUST PROVIDE A DIGITAL FILE OF YOUR WORK / WITH PASSWORD by FilmFreeway.

All works must be completed before December 1, 2010.
No incomplete submissions will be accepted.

To qualify for submission as a "short film", the duration must be longer than 2 minutes and less than 25 minutes.

Presentation screeners may not contain perpetual watermarks.
Do not include countdowns.

Screeners can be submitted only electronically by FilmFreeway but please note that we use digital files for screening at the film festival, if you are unwilling or unable to provide a digital file for the festival. You must give us access to download it. (Please add your password) Especially If you are in the Official Selection. (We will need your access, or we will need to disqualify your film if we can download it.)

Elementary/Middle/High school: These films must be completed by a student currently enrolled in and attending a school or international school below or before the collegiate or university level.

College/Graduate: Any film by a student (graduate and under-graduate) completed during their time enrolled in a secondary institution.

To qualify for the Student Competition – Films made by students who are either enrolled in a school or were enrolled during the films’ production.
