Producer, Screenwriter, Director, Cinematographer and Editor. Born in Portugal. Master's degree in Filmmaking, PhD in Media Arts. Lived in Rio de Janeiro where he worked and trained young community residents. Worked in London for several years, where he had the privilege of filming and learning with renowned Film and Television professionals on numerous projects. His cinematographic approach is characterized by the construction of dense atmospheres, the appreciation of visual language and special attention to the emotional dimension of the characters. It seeks to create works that stimulate reflection in the audience beyond the immediate experience of the narrative. Founder of the Pombal Film Club and creator of the HaHaArt Film Festival, international comedy film festival. Currently works as a Film Teacher at TUMO Coimbra and TRILHO Tondela in Portugal.
