Burlington County Parks challenges filmmakers to create a compelling story in under 30 minutes. A special category will be set aside for PARKS Films. Filmmakers who tell a PARKS related story, shoot a film in one of our parks or use the park as a backdrop to the story will be awarded separately from the other categories regardless of genre or style.

Judges Choice Award

Only filmmakers with a U.S. tax id will be eligible for monetary prizes.
Films must be edited to under 30 minutes in length. Films must be family-friendly. Films determined to contain offensive language or other mature content will not be considered.
Filmmaker agrees to allow screening of the film in public and to show on the Burlington County Parks Film Festival YouTube Page. An option to showcase the film on RVNtv will be available. Excerpts from the film may be used for purposes of marketing the film festival.
Films that have been entered in the Burlington County Short Film Festival in past years will not be eligible for awards.
All films must have been completed in the last 24 months (Any film completed prior to January 1, 2022 will be ineligible).
