Brian Colin Foley is an American actor who got his start in Bong Joon Ho's cult sci-fi film, "Snowpiercer". Since then he's appeared in projects including, "Orange Is the New Black", "The Mysteries of Laura", "Show Me a Hero", and more.

"Chronicles of Gnarnia: The Rex Chadwick Story" is his directorial debut.
