Our festival is dedicated to showcasing short films of all genres—from drama to documentary, animation to experimental—and providing a platform for emerging filmmakers to share their work with a global audience.

By going online, we break down geographical barriers and create a truly inclusive festival experience. Filmmakers and audiences from around the world can connect, engage, and experience the power of film from the comfort of their homes.

All selected films will be featured on our official website for a limited time. During this period, viewers will have the opportunity to watch and vote for their favorite films. The film receiving the highest number of audience votes will be honored with the Audience Award.

All award winners will receive an official Festival Certificate and the Official Festival Laurel in recognition of their achievement.

Submitters must be at least 18 years of age.
Films should be no longer than 30 minutes in length.
The submitter must confirm that they have the full legal rights to the film and that it does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
Films must have been completed within the past year.
We accept films from all genres.
Films in languages other than English are welcome, but must include English subtitles.
All submissions must be made via FilmFreeway.com.
A non-refundable submission fee is required for all entries.
A filmmaker may submit more than one film, but each film must be submitted separately with its own entry fee.

Only fully completed films will be accepted—works-in-progress are not eligible.
By submitting, filmmakers grant the festival permission to use stills, trailers, and other promotional materials for marketing purposes, including online and social media.
Accepted films must be provided in the required digital format (e.g., MP4, MOV, etc.) by the festival’s specified deadline.
Containing hate speech, explicit violence, or explicit adult content may be disqualified.
Not all submissions will be selected; final decisions are made by our judging panel.
