My name is Bradley Mason, and I was born in Gaffney, SC but grew up in North Carolina and South Carolina as a young child. My dad gave me my first VHS camera when I was 12, which I was fascinated by filming with my friends and editing little videos about our times together. Although I never thought of film as a career and did not pursue it after high school. Instead, I went down a journey of learning about horticulture, but this all changed when I received therapy and was blown away by its effect on my life. After watching the documentary "wasteland," I know I could use this art form to help people by making documentaries about the science behind mental health and why it's so important in the world today.
