Rules and Terms for the Boise French Film Festival
Welcome to the Boise French Film Festival, where we celebrate French and Francophone cinema, culture, and storytelling. By submitting your film, you agree to the following rules and terms:
Eligibility
Language: Submissions must be in French or a Francophone dialect. Films in other languages must include French or English subtitles.
All films must have English subtitles.
Content: Films must celebrate or relate to French/Francophone culture, themes, or language.

Submission Guidelines
All submissions must be made through FilmFreeway. No physical submissions will be accepted.
Provide a high-resolution digital screener. Films selected for the festival must be available in Mp4.
Submission fees are non-refundable.
Ensure the submission includes: A brief synopsis of the film.
Selection Process
Submissions will be reviewed by our programming team. Decisions are final.
Films selected for the festival will be notified by April 8th.
By submitting, you grant Boise French Film Festival the rights to screen your film during the festival and use promotional materials (e.g., stills, trailer) for marketing purposes.

Additional Terms
Exclusivity: We do not require premiere status, but we appreciate submissions that have not been widely released.
Copyright: The submitter affirms they hold all rights to the film, including music and visuals. Boise French Film Festival is not liable for any copyright disputes.
Liability: While all care will be taken, Boise French Film Festival is not responsible for loss or damage to submitted materials.
Withdrawal: If a film is selected but the submitter withdraws, they must notify the festival team immediately.
