Robert Berg, III has been in the motion picture and television industry in Denver, Colorado since 1987.
Bob started out as an Assistant Director on various small indie films, and was responsible for the breakdown and production scheduling for several features, working both as a 2nd and 1st AD, eventually finding his way into the camera department as Assistant Camera, then as an operator, then DP.
He remains active in the Colorado production industry as a DP and an Emmy Award-winning Editor, but his passion is producing his own narrative projects.
Bob's first feature thriller, "Misogyny" was finished in 2011; his science-fiction feature "Orthogenesis" (2006) has been seen and awarded at various festivals. Other shorts "Shaqani" (2009), "finis'" (2010), "Enhanced" (2015), "Ancestor" (2018), and "Heaven's Gap" (2019) have been seen and garnered awards at festivals across the country.
Bob served as a Board Member and as the President of the Colorado Film and Video Association from 2006 until 2011, working to foster the professional industry in Colorado and to restore the Colorado motion picture production incentive.
