Originally from Philadelphia, Bill McGarvey is a Hoboken, NJ based musician, writer and producer. Recognizing that attention spans had become radically short, in 2018 he decided to abandon the idea of creating albums and started making short films of each new song and releasing them individually. His first release, "Broken Lullaby" is an animated short that was selected for over 30 film festivals around the world and won numerous awards.
