Film Festival put on by South Hill Entertainment through the Masters of Business Administration in Entertainment and Media program at Ithaca College. The event is focused on mental and physical challenges in sports. It will take place February 27th from 5-7pm with a panel to follow 7-9pm in Emerson Suites located inside Campus Center at Ithaca College.

FESTIVAL RULES
- Submitter must own all copyrights; If requested, Submitter must be able to provide model/actor release verification if requested; must be able to provide music, product and other copyright licensing verification if requested.

- Entry does not guarantee acceptance into BSFF festival.

- MULTIPLE ENTRIES are allowed. Producer/Submitter must own all copyrights and, if requested, must be able to provide model/actor release verification if requested; must be able to provide music, product and other copyright licensing verification if requested. Producer agrees to take on all copyright liability in regard to submitted film.

- ENTRY FEES: Entry fees are non-refundable. If your entry fee is not received with or prior to your submission, your entry may be deemed disqualified at the discretion of the BSFF.

- PRESENTATION FORMAT: If accepted into the BSFF, producers must be able to provide a file for digital presentation.

- DATE OF COMPLETION: Open to ALL years. Must be a student at or a recent graduate (within 2 years) of a College/University, a High School student, or other similar student status (in Organizer’s sole discretion).

- PREMIERE/DISTRIBUTION STATUS: Subject to the terms of the 2025 BEYOND THE SCOREBOARD FILM FESTIVAL AGREEMENT, BSFF will accept submissions that have premiered elsewhere and/or that have distribution agreements already in place.

- ROUGH CUTS AND INCOMPLETE PROJECTS: Always try to send the best representation of your project. though Rough cuts, trailers, or unfinished projects can be entered in contest.

- BSFF EXHIBITION AND SCREENING: The number of films the festival selects and exhibits may vary, but not limited to, total number of entries, quality of entries, and venue availability. Decisions are final and at the sole discretion of the BSFF.

- BSFF EXHIBITION AND SCREENING: Producer/Submitter will receive no monetary compensation for entering, exhibiting or being chosen as an official selection to the festival.

- SCREENERS AND JURY: All screening, selection, and jury decisions are final.

- OFFICIAL SELECTIONS: If chosen as an official selection, the BSFF will request acknowledgment of your acceptance and additional materials. If any of the requested materials are not received by the festival in the time allotted, it is at the discretion of the festival to keep or remove the project as an Official Selection.
- Must be 18 years or older to enter this competition. Parents or Legal Guardians can enter on their child's behalf (if you are a high school student).

HIGHLIGHTED RULES:
a. Any genre can be entered.
b. Multiple authorship is allowed.
c. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be accompanied by their own completed entry form and their own appropriate entry fee. You are allowed to mail them to us in one package.
