Betina Film Festival (BAFF) is a five-day film festival of Croatian and international film. It is oriented towards the promotion of Croatian cinematography, presentation of short
international film, education on film art and exploration of the possibilities. The festival competition program consists of screenings of short films divided into three categories: animated, documentary and feature films, and the best of them are selected by three expert members of the festival jury.
Outside the competition program are the award-winning feature films of Croatian productions. In addition to the rich film program, the BAFF also attaches great importance to film education itself through lectures, workshops for children and young people, panel discussion, debate clubs, live music, entertainment and awards ceremony.

Natjecateljski program festivala čine projekcije kratkometražnih filmova podijeljene u tri kategorije: animirani, dokumentarni i igrani film, a najbolje od njih odabiru tri stručna člana festivalskoga žirija. Izvan natjecateljski program čine nagrađivani dugometražni filmovi hrvatske produkcije.
Osim bogatog projekcijskog programa, veliku važnost BAFF predaje i samoj edukaciji o filmskoj umjetnosti kroz predavanja, radionice za djecu i mlade, panel rasprave, debatni klub, glazbeni, zabavni i nagradni program.
