Marina Baibarza is a Ukrainian producer and director, and the founder of Process Films. She holds an MFA in Film Directing from the Academy of Art and Design in Łódź, Poland. As a producer, she develops projects from concept to distribution, working across fiction, documentary, and hybrid formats. Her approach blends strong authorial vision with a keen sensitivity to character psychology, visual rhythm, and poetic imagery.
Marina has produced and directed short films, music videos, and branded content for international clients and cultural organizations. Her films combine intimate, character-driven storytelling with experimental visual language, exploring inner states and emotional landscapes shaped by social context. Her works have screened at festivals such as Cannes Short Film Festival, Cardiff International Film Festival, Istanbul Golden Film Festival, Lion International Film Festival, and Żubrówka International Short Film Festival.
