Rules & Terms

1. General Eligibility

By submitting to BNW Television – The Creative Network (“BNW Television”), the submitter confirms that they are authorized to submit the project and have secured all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions required for exhibition and potential distribution.

All entries must be original works. BNW Television does not accept content that infringes on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

2. Submission Requirements

Projects must be fully completed at the time of submission.
All non-English language projects must include English subtitles.
Entries must be submitted via FilmFreeway only.
Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be submitted separately with applicable fees.

3. Categories & Judging

Projects may be submitted to multiple categories; however, additional category fees may apply.

All submissions are reviewed by the BNW Television programming team and/or designated judges. Selections are based on creative quality, originality, technical execution, and overall audience appeal.

All decisions made by BNW Television are final.

4. Selection & Notification

Selected projects may receive one or more of the following distinctions:

Official Selection
Finalist / Semi-Finalist / Quarter-Finalist
Nominee
Award Winner
Honorable Mention

Submitters will be notified of their status via FilmFreeway and/or email.

5. Distribution Opportunity (Important)

Submission to BNW Television constitutes acknowledgment that selected projects may be considered for non-exclusive or exclusive distribution opportunities on BNW Television’s streaming platform.

If selected for distribution:

A separate content licensing agreement will be provided
Terms (including compensation, revenue share, and duration) will be negotiated independently
Submission does not guarantee distribution or financial compensation

6. Screening & Promotion Rights

By submitting, the entrant grants BNW Television the non-exclusive right to:

Use clips, trailers, stills, and project information for promotional purposes
Feature selected projects in BNW Television marketing, social media, and platform promotion

BNW Television will not distribute or publicly exhibit full projects without a separate agreement.

7. Fees & Refund Policy

All submission fees are non-refundable.

BNW Television does not offer refunds for:

Disqualification due to rule violations
Withdrawal by the submitter
Failure to win or be selected

8. Content Restrictions

BNW Television reserves the right to disqualify any submission that:

Contains unlawful or infringing material
Promotes hate speech or violence without artistic/contextual justification
Is deemed inappropriate for platform standards

9. Liability

BNW Television is not responsible for:

Technical issues with submissions
Loss or corruption of files
Unauthorized use of submitted materials by third parties

Submitters agree to indemnify and hold harmless BNW Television from any claims arising from submitted content.

10. Agreement

By submitting to BNW Television, the entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all rules and terms outlined above.
