Brandon D. Reid is an award-winning screenwriter, photographer, and filmmaker based in Alberta, Canada. He began making films in 2006 and has accumulated various credits on over fifty student or independent projects since then. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in New Media, and attended the Vancouver Film School in 2018, where he earned an Honor’s Diploma in Writing for Film, Television, and Games.
He’s been a fan of horror since he was thirteen and has written several short scripts based on the genre, including Fear-in-the-Box, Final Draft, and The Stalker. Currently, he is expanding his portfolio by entering writing competitions for both short and feature films, and honing his analytical skills with the web series The First Ten Pages.
His endgame is writing feature-length horror films, such as his spec scripts The Campground and Penance.
