Azyd Aqsha Madani is a Tangerang-based film director, screenwriter, and producer, with a degree in Film from Universitas Multimedia Nusantara. His work frequently tackles themes of identity, social justice, and environmental issues, aiming to explore deeper human connections and global challenges. Azyd's short films, such as Overtime, The Guest, Something I Couldn't Explain, and The Atlantis Mussels, have been featured in numerous international film festivals, including the 9th Semaine du Cinema Positif at the 77th Cannes Film Festival, Earth Stories, and Vaasa Wildlife Film Festival. His achievements include winning Best Shortdoc at the Megacities Shortdoc Film Festival and receiving an Honorable Mention at the One Earth Film Festival. He is currently developing a new short documentary focused on social issues, along with a coming-of-age short film.
