Avery has written/directed/edited nearly 10 short narrative films. Additionally, she has written 3 feature length screenplays within the genres of comedy, psychological drama, and coming of age. She has also written countless short scripts, a spec tv comedy script, and short episodic comedies for youtube.

Avery has experience across facets of film production from being a Production Assistant on large scale projects like Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon, and music videos for 21 pilots and Falling in Reverse, to working as an Art Director for vertical series and various short films.

With a love for color and aesthetics, Avery also works as a freelance colorist.
