2026 Programming Cycle

Audio Video Club is now accepting submissions for our 2026 programming cycle. We welcome films from filmmakers of all backgrounds, genres, and approaches. For the upcoming season, priority will be given to silent and experimental works and to films created by Black and Afro Diasporic filmmakers.

Our 2026 programming will feature curated screenings, conversations, and interdisciplinary film-centered activations throughout the year, grounded in community-intentional exhibition and creative exchange.

What We Are Looking For

We welcome submissions across all film types, including:
Narrative, documentary, experimental hybrid, and animation.
Shorts and feature-length films
Work that pushes form expands perspective or engages deeply with lived experience

While all submissions are encouraged, films that are silent, experimental, or created by Black and Afro Diasporic filmmakers will receive priority consideration.

This includes films that are abstract image-driven textural non narrative or formally adventurous.
