Ashowo Gboyega is a Nigerian film director, editor and screenwriter. He was born the last child of four, in Ibadan. He hails from Ekiti State.
Ashowo Gboyega began his film making career in 2006 as a trainee editor with MAF Communications Ltd, where he later became an editor and edited several television commercials including; BINATONE IRON, WILFORTE DARK ALE, and LAGOS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY’S TRADEFAIR.
He proceeded to start a freelance career as an editor, scriptwriter, cinematographer and director.
