Great NEWS! We will offer some of those who never got the chance to have their movie screened in 2024 the opportunity to be screened in 2025.

No free entries whatsoever! We cannot overstate this enough!
No illegal or porn related material will be accepted.
AI is with us and we are not going to be able to get rid of it. We hope the following will prove to be reasonable and fair guidelines concerning the use of AI within any movie submitted.

The use of AI must be limited to:
1. No more than 25% of the visual content of the video.
2. AI may not used to recreate anyone's likeness without their express permission in writing.
3. AI may be used to recreate locations, and vehicles (such as steam trains and so forth)
4. AI music may be used as long as there are no copyright infringements.
Anyone submitting a film with AI must clearly state that they used it, and timestamp their submission where the AI was used.

Music videos in-theme of the festival's focus may be submitted as short films.
