International Artery Film Festival

L’International Artery Film Festival è organizzato da Artery Film in collaborazione con Magixtra S.r.l.
La prima edizione del Festival si svolgerà nel territorio del Comune di Concorezzo.

ISCRIZIONI
Sono ammessi alla selezione ufficiale:
• Documentari
• Cortometraggi
• Lungometraggi
di nazionalità italiana ed estera, senza limiti di durata.
Tutte le opere presentate devono avere come focus il mondo dell’arte.
L’iscrizione delle opere è gratuita.

DATE E DURATA
Le iscrizioni al Festival sono aperte dal 20 febbraio al 30 settembre 2026.
La serata finale della prima edizione dell’International Artery Film Festival si svolgerà a Concorezzo (MB) nel mese di ottobre 2026.

SEZIONI DEL FESTIVAL
Il Festival è suddiviso nelle seguenti categorie:
• Documentari italiani ed esteri
• Cortometraggi italiani ed esteri
• Lungometraggi di finzione italiani ed esteri

SELEZIONE UFFICIALE
Sono ammessi alla selezione ufficiale documentari, cortometraggi e lungometraggi italiani e internazionali.
La selezione delle opere è effettuata a cura e secondo il giudizio insindacabile della Giuria e della Direzione Artistica del Festival.
La Direzione del Festival si riserva il diritto di inserire fuori concorso:
• opere candidate ma non selezionate per la competizione;
• opere differenti per tipologia e contenuti.

CONDIZIONI DI AMMISSIONE, MODALITÀ DI ISCRIZIONE E SELEZIONE
Per essere ammesse alla selezione, le opere devono essere state prodotte a partire dal 01/01/2020.
I titolari dei diritti di distribuzione dovranno:
• compilare e firmare l’apposito modulo di iscrizione disponibile su questa piattaforma;
• inviare la candidatura entro e non oltre il 30 settembre 2026.
I referenti delle opere selezionate saranno contattati dalla Direzione del Festival almeno quindici giorni prima della serata di premiazione.
Ai selezionati potrà essere richiesto l’invio di una copia dell’opera, con spese a carico del mittente.
La Direzione si riserva il diritto di rifiutare copie tecnicamente inadeguate a garantire una proiezione di qualità.

MATERIALE RICHIESTO PER LA PRIMA SELEZIONE
Per l’ammissione alla prima selezione è obbligatorio fornire:
• un link streaming dell’opera (con o senza password);
• due foto di scena e/o la locandina ufficiale.

PROIEZIONI
Le opere selezionate saranno proiettate durante i giorni di svolgimento del Festival.
L’organizzazione fornirà ai partecipanti tutti i dettagli relativi alle proiezioni.
I film stranieri saranno proiettati in versione originale con sottotitoli in italiano.
Per i film in lingue diverse dall’inglese, i referenti dovranno fornire una copia sottotitolata in inglese.

OBBLIGHI DI PROMOZIONE
Ogni forma di promozione dell’opera successiva alla pubblicazione del programma ufficiale del festival dovrà indicare la partecipazione all’International Artery Film Festival, utilizzando il logo ufficiale fornito da ARTERY.
Le opere vincitrici di premi dovranno inoltre citare il riconoscimento ricevuto secondo la grafica ufficiale fornita da ARTERY.

NORMATIVA GENERALE
La richiesta di ammissione e la successiva partecipazione al Festival implicano l’accettazione incondizionata del presente Regolamento.
La Direzione del Festival si riserva il diritto di assumere decisioni autonome per questioni non previste dal Regolamento.
Le spese di spedizione sono sempre a carico dei partecipanti.
Le copie inviate non verranno restituite.
ARTERY garantisce il massimo rispetto della normativa internazionale in materia di diritto d’autore.

The International Artery Film Festival is organized by Artery Film in collaboration with Magixtra S.r.l..
The first edition of the Festival will take place in the territory of the Municipality of Concorezzo.

REGISTRATION
The following are eligible for the official selection:
Documentaries
Short films
Feature films
of Italian and international origin, with no running time restrictions.
All submitted works must focus on the world of art.
Submission is free of charge.

DATES AND DURATION
Submissions for the Festival are open from February 20 to September 30, 2026.
The final evening of the first edition of the International Artery Film Festival will take place in Concorezzo (MB), Italy, in October 2026.

FESTIVAL SECTIONS
The Festival is divided into the following categories:
Italian and international documentaries
Italian and international short films
Italian and international fiction feature films

OFFICIAL SELECTION
Italian and international documentaries, short films, and feature films are eligible for the official selection.
The selection of works is carried out at the sole and unquestionable discretion of the Jury and the Festival’s Artistic Direction.
The Festival Direction reserves the right to include out-of-competition:
works submitted but not selected for competition;
works of different types and content.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS, SUBMISSION PROCEDURES AND SELECTION
To be eligible, works must have been produced on or after January 1, 2020.
Holders of distribution rights must:
complete and sign the official submission form available on this platform;
submit their application no later than September 30, 2026.
Representatives of selected works will be contacted by the Festival Direction at least fifteen (15) days prior to the awards ceremony.
Selected participants may be required to send a copy of the work, with shipping costs borne by the sender.
The Festival Direction reserves the right to refuse copies that are technically unsuitable to ensure a high-quality screening.

MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR THE FIRST SELECTION
For admission to the first selection, the following materials are mandatory:
a streaming link to the work (with or without password);
two still images and/or the official poster.

SCREENINGS
Selected works will be screened during the Festival.
The organization will provide participants with all relevant screening details.
Foreign films will be screened in their original language with Italian subtitles.
For films in languages other than English, representatives must provide an English-subtitled version.

PROMOTIONAL OBLIGATIONS
Any promotion of the work following the publication of the Festival’s official program must indicate participation in the International Artery Film Festival, using the official logo provided by ARTERY.
Award-winning works must also mention the recognition received, in accordance with the official graphic guidelines provided by ARTERY.

GENERAL REGULATIONS
The request for admission and subsequent participation in the Festival imply unconditional acceptance of these Regulations.
The Festival Direction reserves the right to make independent decisions regarding matters not expressly provided for in these Regulations.
Shipping costs are always borne by the participants.
Submitted copies will not be returned.
ARTERY guarantees full compliance with international copyright laws.
