Antonin Bonnot is a young French director who learned writing and directing alongside the french director Claude Lelouch in his French cinema school “Les Ateliers du Cinéma de Beaune".
He notably received the “Best Director” prize at the Helan Hong Golden Tree International Film Festival (Ningxia, China) in 2020 for his documentary on the emergence of China in the wine industry “A Conversation between Burgundy and Helan Mountain” and in the same year he directed “À L’Ouest”, his first fiction short film, selected in several French and International festivals and winner of the “Young Jury Prize” at the Fécamp Film Festival.
His second short fiction film, produced in 2024, is called “À L’ Aube” (At Dawn).
Beside his directing projects, Antonin also works as an assistant director and recently became an editor for Claude Lelouch.
