The first movie I saw in theaters was called "On the Warpath", 1988, directed by Frank Roddam. I was five years old then. How I cried.
The second movie I remember well is "Backdraft". I cried too. That falling helmet...still gives me goosebumps.
And then there were the 90s in Russia. Terminator, Alien, Star Wars, comedies like Hot Shots and Sergeant Bilko.
But despite all these films, I wanted to be a rock star until I was 30. Playing guitar, singing songs was done on big and small stages. Fortunately, I didn't become a rock star.
And then... "The Hateful Eight" comes out. And then I realized who I would become when I grow up (boy Antoshka, 30 years old).
Now I make short films. I'm slowly moving towards a full-length film. I dream. I shoot. I write. I repeat.
