Anna Feder has been working in cinema exhibition in various capacities for over two decades. She served as a programmer at Wicked Queer: the Boston LGBT Film Festival for four years.Previous to this, she served as associate director of the Northampton Independent Film Festival, a programmer with SF Indiefest and was the director of the Boston Underground Film Festival for seven years.
She currently serves as the Director of Programming in the Visual Media Arts department at Emerson College and curates the Bright Lights film series in the Bright Family Screening Room and teaches a course she designed on cinema exhibition.
Untitled Heroes Project marks Anna's first foray in to filmmaking. She is currently working on her next project, documenting Never Again, the Jewish organization protesting ICE.
