Anise Fuller hails from Detroit, MI. A director, producer, writer and actress. The films in which she has produced and directed has garnered recognition and awards from various film festivals nationally as well as internationally. She has successfully produced countless short films and spec pilots. Early in her career she was blessed to hold down the position of managing director COLSAC Theater. It was during this period in her career that she was afforded the opportunity to hone her skills as a producer, director, and casting director. This is where she won her first Director of the Year award for directing “The Prodigals”. Soon after she began working at the studios. While working at Warner Bros she held the position as Communications Director for Black Employees@WarnerBros where she coordinated panels and events with the top executives like Odetta Watkins and Chris Mack who was the head of the WB Writers Workshop. Her time at NBCUniversal proved to be impactful as well, serving as the Outreach Chair for Black Employee Network@NBUni working with Karen Horne and other executives during her time there. At age 15 she was introduced to the works of filmmaker Robert Townsend and his film "Hollywood Shuffle", she was inspired with a motto that she still goes by today, "in order for you to change perceptions of what's on screen, you have to be in control of what is being seen."
