Animadooo is a Festival of Animation short films dedicated to all types of animation and filmmakers.
There are 3 categories: - General = Fiction Animation shorts of all themes and all directors
- Kids for Kids = Animation Short Films made by children up to 12 years old intended for children also
- Adults only = Animation shorts with an indicative age above 18 years.

a) Exhibition of the 3 winners in their categories on EDUCATIONAL TV broadcast in all high schools and elementary schools in the state of São Paulo, totaling 7 thousand schools and about more than 1 million students, teachers and civil servants in the state;
b) "Laurel" or laurel style certificate as winner of the Festival;
c) Physical trophy created by a renowned artist and sent by FedEX.

RULES - READ THIS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR MOVIE

The "Animadooo" Festival of Animated Short Films is dedicated to films that use any animation technique, made by any editing or animation platform, produced within the scope of what can be considered an animation.
Films of ANIMATION OF FICTION AND DOCUMENTARIES IN ANIMATION FORMAT will be accepted.

1. The competition will be in SINGLE stage.
The audience watches in person on December 15th, at 8 pm, at Teatro da Rua Eliza and votes for "BEST SHORT FILM", the most voted film in each category will win the festival.
2. There will be 3 categories:
ANIMATION SHORT FOR ALL PUBLIC
ANIMATION SHORT ONLY FOR ADULTS
KIDS FOR KIDS (ANIMATIONS MADE BY CHILDREN UNDER 12)

3. The winner is awarded with:
a) Exhibition of the 3 winners in their categories on EDUCATIONAL TV broadcast in all high schools and elementary schools in the state of São Paulo, totaling 7 thousand schools and about more than 1 million students, teachers and civil servants in the state;
b) "Laurel" or laurel style certificate as winner of the Festival;
c) Physical trophy created by a renowned artist and sent by FedEX.

4. The public on the Festinval.com website will have exclusive online access to the films, in full, and without the possibility of downloading or sharing the competing film.

5. Films that use animation techniques will be able to register any themes.

6. Films for the category ANIMATION SHORTS ONLY FOR ADULTS will be accepted films that address issues such as nudity, violence, themes that allude to moral and religious issues, such as themes that cover minority struggles.

7. The Festival is competitive.

8. All entries will be analyzed by a jury specialized in Cinema and another jury specialized in ANIMATION.

9. The most voted film will be declared a Festival Winner and will be widely publicized in the media in addition to receiving 3 prizes, being: A personalized physical trophy (which will be sent by mail), A laurel (to include in the film credits) and the most importantly, a seal-certified that the winning film is "HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENDER FILM".

10. All entries will be cited on the WWW.FESTINVAL.COM website for the purpose of proof, but only those selected will be publicly displayed and will be placed to submit to spectators' notes in person and if authorized by their director, they will be shown on this same website. .

11. The link of the registered film will need to be on YouTube and / or Vimeo platforms in one of the following ways: PUBLIC or PRIVATE WITH PASSWORD.

12. Films published on Youtube and Vimeo, spoken in ENGLISH LANGUAGE or WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLES, will be accepted.

13. Films with or without age restriction duly registered in their specific categories will be accepted.

14. Movies with a maximum of 2 years of posting on YouTube and / or Vimeo platforms will be accepted.

15. The director of the film can be any age, but in the Kids For Kids category, he must prove to be under 12 years old.

16. Movies of all genres will be accepted (Dramas, Comedies, Adventures, Thriller, etc.)

17. Films of any format (16mm, 36mm, 70mm, DSL, Digital, AVI, MP4, Mobile, etc.) will be accepted

18. FICTION films, DOCUMENTARIES AND ANIMATIONS will be accepted.
