A filmmaker of Chinese, Manchurian, and Polynesian heritage, Anika Ji was born in Shanghai and grew up between the U.S. and the U.K. She is the founder of Epic22 Productions. Fluent in English and Chinese, her work explores identity, legacy, and belonging with a focus on emotional authenticity. She has worked as an actress across Hong Kong, mainland China, and the United States, and is a SAG‑AFTRA member. Anika also served as an executive producer on Bradley Rust Gray’s drama Jack & Diane, starring Riley Keough, Juno Temple, and Kylie Minogue. Her recent projects are currently on the festival circuit, and she is developing her next project.
