Angkasa Ramadhan is Indonesian film director and scriptwriter born in Pontianak, April 26th 1988. He begin to make short film when he studied filmmaking in Binus International University in Jakarta. Angkasa made five and produced two short films in which several of them made it to international film festival such as Europe On Screen 2012 and Jogja Netpac 2012. The film who made to those festival was his first short titled Bunglon (Chameleon) in which tells the premise of polygamy on a small scale. His collaboration with fellow short film director Candra Aditya produced Dewi Pulang (Dewi Goes Home) which competed at 2017 Singapore International Film Festival.
Angkasa also is a scriptwriter, writing several short scripts for another fellow short film director and also contribute in writing scripts for television series on regional television in Indonesia.
He is been participate in Southeast Asian Film Lab 2018 programmed by Singapore International Film Festival to develop his satire feature project titled Buntat Intan (The Scarlet Snooker), and currently developing an animation series (Warriors of Netherworld, Redvinn Studio) which will be presented on Asian Animation Summit 2019 in South Korea, and his first feature titled House of Tanjong which been participated in LOCK (Laboratorium Olah Cerita dan Kisah) 2019.
