I'm an animation, motion-capture and FX engineer turned independent film-maker. I grew up in the UK before moving to Hollywood, where I cut my teeth in the studio post-production system. I'm also a standup comedian, improv & film actor, and musician.
I have a long background writing image compositing software for animation, special-effects and film restoration within Hollywood film studios (DreamWorks Animation, Kodak Cinesite). More recently, I've moved into independent film-making, as a writer, producer and director. I also do film analysis and reviews - both via my film recommendation website (filmtagger.com), and video pieces on my YouTube channel (The Movie Affect).
